| SAFETY TIPS FOR GAMES & PRACTICE: 1. Hydrate your child with plenty of water. It will be hot. 2. Do not feed your child food one-hour before practice. 3. Do not feed your child dairy products 2 hours before practice. 4. Bring extra water if possible. 5. Do not bring sugar drinks like sodas, energy drinks, or Gatorade type drinks, they should only use water for hydration. 6. At least one responsible adult for your child should be present at practice at all times. 7. Make sure your coaches know of any health issues of your child. |
